Distributions suspended, no authorisation, no financial statements published, and a documented gap between the amounts collected from investors and the acquisition price agreed with the seller on at least one portfolio. A class action is being brought in France by the Delomel firm and a criminal complaint has been filed in Paris. The score is capped at 35 by the freeze on payments.
