Verdict
GoMining is a tokenized Bitcoin hashrate platform, operated by GoMining (Cyprus) Limited (HE450955) and led by a public CEO, Mark Zalan. It is an atypical case: neither an obvious scam nor a safe investment. Strengths: a genuine track record since 2021, real ASIC farms in the United States, mining routed through pools with public observer links (on-chain traceability), a treasury partially visible on-chain, a published fee schedule, and no known hack or sanction. Structural weaknesses: no authorization — the Terms explicitly deny being an investment product, a security or a collective investment scheme —, no certified accounts available, no independent audit of the coverage of the hashrate sold per NFT (the over-issuance risk cannot be ruled out by looking at a pool), and a real gap between advertised and actual returns, with a large share of NFTs barely profitable under current market conditions. On-chain traceability gives a serious sense of the activity, but replaces neither audited accounts nor a per-NFT proof of reserves. The score reflects this balance: a file more transparent than the crypto-sector average, but capped by the complete absence of a regulatory framework. Point to watch before any decision: the possible existence of a regulator warning, which would lower the score. Draft — pending a possible right of reply.
