Verdict

Evevest is a duly registered French financial investment advisor (SASU, Paris trade register 928 699 073, CIF ORIAS 24004683, member of an approved association): from a strictly regulatory standpoint, no proceedings target the company itself and the entity is fully identifiable. The score nonetheless remains capped at 45/100 because of an "officer" flag: according to the video investigation "Alerte : RealT utilise des faux comptes pour vous arnaquer !" (6 April 2026), which presents screenshots and phone evidence, the phone number of Evevest's founder and president, Anne-Laure Jacobson (née Frischlander), was used on RealT's Telegram under a false identity to mislead investors. For the director of a regulated investment company, an unexplained multiple identity used to manipulate savers is a major integrity signal, regardless of the fact that the events concern another platform (RealT, now in liquidation and targeted by a criminal complaint in Paris as well as a class action). Added to this are structural weaknesses: a very young company (created in May 2024), no accounts filed or certified, performance presented as simulations ("superformance") rather than a real, exhaustive track record, a poorly documented fund-segregation mechanism, and a paid Evevest+ club (€50 then €19.90/month) that layers extra pricing onto the managed-portfolio service.
