Verdict

7Harvests is a Swiss peer-to-peer (P2P) lending platform based in Zug that launched in May 2026. The file combines several structural shortcomings: the company is not licensed by FINMA but presents itself as « Swiss regulated » and refers to « active VQF supervision », whereas its membership of a self-regulatory organisation (VQF) is only at the application stage, which amounts to a misleading regulatory claim. Its founder and chairman, Ricardas Vandzinskas, previously led Hive5, a P2P platform criticised for related-party lending, disputed profitability claims and paid-review practices. The company has no operating track record (a single project listed at launch), its pre-launch accounts show a loss and an auditor's reservation on its capital position, and its buyback mechanism has never been tested through a full credit cycle. As it stands, the file presents high risks and insufficient transparency for an informed investment.
