The site publishes assessments of investment platforms built from a public grid of indicators, described in the méthodologie. Each positive answer relies on a verifiable public source, except for the indicators tested on a real account, which are flagged as such on each record.
The ratings and verdicts published constitute an editorial opinion issued in the context of freedom of expression and public-interest debate on the protection of savings, from documented facts sourced as of the date shown on each record. They reflect the author's assessment on that date and are liable to change.
They constitute neither investment advice, nor a personalised recommendation, nor a solicitation to buy or sell, nor a financial valuation, nor a credit rating within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No 1060/2009. The publisher is neither a financial investment adviser, nor an investment services provider, nor a rating agency registered with any authority.

Method and levels of proof
Each factual statement published on a record is tied to an identified and dated source, classified into three levels: official registry, court decision, procedural act or public-authority publication; document produced by the company itself; named third-party source or verification carried out by the author on their own investor account. Information that falls into none of these categories is not published.
When information comes from an unconfirmed claim, it is presented as such, attributed to its author and dated.
Independence and conflicts of interest
No affiliate links are used on this site. No assessed platform can buy its rating, have it changed or have it removed, nor obtain a prior assessment of its file for payment. Any personal holding of the author and any commercial tie existing elsewhere, including on a medium other than this site, are disclosed on the record of the platform concerned.
Right of reply and correction procedure
Any assessed company, as well as any person named, has a permanent right of reply. It may at any time send documents, links or clarifications to the contact address.
Elements received are examined and a reply is provided within a reasonable time. If a document fills a gap, the indicator concerned is re-assessed and the control date updated. If a factual element is established as wrong, it is corrected without delay. Every change made to a published record is archived and remains viewable in its history, with the previous value, its source and its control date.
Limitation of liability
Information is published as is, as of the date shown on each record. The publisher uses reasonable means to verify each published element, without being able to guarantee the completeness or permanent currency of the third-party sources it refers to. Outbound links point to content the publisher does not control and is not answerable for.
This clause cannot limit the publisher's liability in cases where the applicable law does not allow it.
Intellectual property
The texts, the assessment grid, the analyses and the presentation of the site are protected and remain the property of the publisher. Any full or substantial reproduction without authorisation is prohibited; short quotations with a mention of the source and a link to the original page are free.
The company names, trademarks and logos of the assessed companies belong to their respective owners. They are reproduced solely to identify the companies discussed, as nominative and informational use, without this implying any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement on their part.
Personal data
The site sets no advertising cookie and uses no tracker for audience measurement, profiling or retargeting.
Information about company officers published on the records comes exclusively from public registries, procedural acts or official publications. It is limited to the name, the role, the date of taking office and, where the registry publishes them, the identifying elements it contains. No data relating to private life is published. This processing relies on the legitimate interest of the publisher and the public in verifiable information on the actors of savings, as well as on freedom of expression and information.
Any person concerned has a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, exercisable at the contact address. A rectification request concerning an inaccurate element is handled as a priority. Exchanges received at the contact address are kept for the time needed to handle the request and to preserve proof of the right of reply.
